At Savoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
